Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Abby River. We pride ourselves on providing quality kids' clothing and accessories to our South African customers. We understand that there are times when you may need to return an item, so we've outlined our return and refund policies for you.

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return. If you wish to return an item, please contact us at hello@abbyriver.co.za, and our team will guide you through the process. All returns should be shipped to 2 Hilton Avenue, Leonard, Hilton, KZN, 3245, South Africa.

Please be advised that returns are not free. The cost of the return will be debited from the amount refunded to you. This is in place to ensure our products are purchased with intention and to discourage "buying to try." Products should be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Returns that do not meet this criteria may not qualify for a refund. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please inform us immediately, and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.

After the successful processing of your returned item, you have the choice of how you'd like to receive your refund. We can refund the purchase amount, minus the return shipping cost, to the original method of payment. Alternatively, you can opt for store credit which you can use for future purchases on our website. Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed and the refund to be issued.
